How to choose
- Mounting height? Under 8 m: 100–150 W with a wide (110–120°) beam. 8–14 m: 150–250 W with 90°. Above 14 m: 250 W and up with 60–72° optics to keep light on the floor.
- Spacing between fixtures? As a rule of thumb, spacing equals the mounting height for wide beams and about 0.8 × height for narrow beams. Send us the hall drawing and we run the simulation.
- Running hours and efficacy? For two-shift or 24-hour operation, efficacy above 150 lm/W repays itself quickly; the savings calculator on each product shows the figures.
- Dust, wash-down or heat? IP65 for dusty or washed halls; check the rated ambient temperature for foundries, bakeries and unventilated roofs.
